As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an accredited Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and a Licensed Practitioner (LP) for Insights Discovery, Deborah is a recognized authority on achieving organizational effectiveness for multinational corporations through the optimization of human capital assets worldwide.
Deborah’s multi-faceted career includes 13 years as a consultant with the Big 4 global accounting firms, specializing in international business and human resources management, including: global tax, mobility and human resources policy development; benefits; communication; operational efficiency; payroll; risk management and compliance; and international expansion.
In addition, Deborah spent 10 years in International Human Resources (IHR) and Global Mobility management roles within European and Asian companies.
Partnering with corporate leadership and senior business line executives on business strategy, Deborah's expertise is designing and implementing effective, cutting-edge, and compliant human capital management strategies and operations that optimize talent for worldwide corporations.
