Deborah’s multi-faceted career includes 13 years as a consultant with the Big 4 global accounting firms, specializing in international business and human resources management, including: global tax, mobility and human resources policy development; benefits; communication; operational efficiency; payroll; risk management and compliance; and international expansion.
In addition, Deborah spent 10 years in International Human Resources (IHR) and Global Mobility management roles within European and Asian companies.
